Second week at home

The second week of Coda at home had probably more stressful events in it because I've been super-busy at work and on Friday night the little critter decided to throw up in the bathroom (poor puppy) and also to get diarrhea. I was a little concerned because he's so little and not fully vaccinated, but the vet gave me more meds for him to take and he seems to be doing ok. Still loose poop, but he doesn't seem to be vomiting anymore. Debbi, my SAR trainer, came to visit us yesterday and she gave me more homework to do with him. Now we're at targeting, loose leash (no walking), crate, give/take, and leave it. He's still really semi-puppy cute, but on occasion he's got the fierce GSD look on him, which is also very cute because he's still pretty small. But he gained 4 pounds in two weeks, which I can feel going up and down the spiral staircase. I'm going to have to work on it soon enough :)

I didn't really take a lot of pictures, but my friend Natalia came to my house this morning and she took a lot of pictures of him for her new photography business. I'll buy a few and share them! What else? I'm going to Wenatchee and Seattle for work on Wednesday-Thursday and he's going to stay with Shali. First two nights without mama! And hopefully his issues will clear up soon... My mom is also preparing her suitcase! 11 days to go, which I still can't believe and I think it's going to be here in a whiff. My roommate Sarah starts her new job at OHSU next week (urrah!) and my other roommate, Ben, is practically living at the library since he's officially starting Law School next week. Lots of new things going on! Oh, I took a video of Coda playing fetch with the ball. Have fun and come visit us!

Vi faro' sapere come va!
